which is subject to availability. **

This form will help us have a better understanding of what your vision is for your big day!

All Orders are PICK UP ONLY in Fort Erie, Ontario. Our address will be provided after payment has been received.


We ask that you book your event a minimum of 4 weeks prior to the event. The more advanced notice, the better chance we are available for your event date.

Please note that no orders will be processed without at 50% non- refundable retainer upon receiving the invoice.

All retainers are due within 24 hours of receiving the invoice and will expire.
If the retainer is not received, your event date is not booked.
 
 
 All remaining balances are due 2 weeks prior to the event.
 
Any last minute events and availability within 2 weeks prior to the event a payment is due in FULL.
 
 
All fields in the form are required to be filled out in order to quote your request appropriately.

Trouble Submitting the FORM?

If you experience any issues submitting the form, please make sure every field is completed as the form will not submit if a required field is left empty. If any of the questions do not apply to you, simply input your own information. You can also try adjusting the formatting on any of the phone numbers fields as sometimes this will affect the submission.
